Xinnian Kuaile – Happy Chinese New Year -Year of the Rabbit!

Darlings,

In Lady Yoga fashion, it is my goal to look back in history to see where we have come from, find the yoga in the moments past to keep us rooted in the present and passionate about where we are going in the future.
On that note...

Xinnian Kuaile
Pronounced, Chinyin kai luh or sing yen quay ler in pinyan or the English translation of Chinese characters means Happy Chinese New Year!!!

We are transitioning from the year of the tiger, a strong but volatile year, of course the year yours truly was born.

For the next 15 days we celebrate it's transition into a year that is much more placid in nature.
Contemplate the idea of a year of slow, delibrate, mercy, elegance, amiability, peacefulness and quiet.

Be like a duck. Calm on the surface, but always paddling like the dickens underneath. Michael Caine

In the midst of movement and chaos, keep stillness inside of you.
Deepak Chopra
