Transcontinental railroad….

On May 10th, 1869, in the United States of America, transcontinental railroads were completed creating a nation-wide transportation network that united the country. This network replaced the wagon trains of previous decades which became useless. It allowed for the transportation of larger quantities of goods over longer distances. This was especially helpful for the industrial development in some countries at the time.

Today as we down dog, set the intention to connect...the lines of communication within and the energy of those around us. Using the words from these wise non-yogis, let their yoga shed some light and perspective on our practive.
