Tiara High…

Darlings,
In Lady Yoga fashion, it is my goal to look back in history to see where we have come from and find the yoga in the moments past. Support those moments with the words of likely and unlikely yogis to keep us rooted in the present. Use those moments and words to keep us passionate about where we are going in the future.
April 26th-May 11th 2011 is British Week in Los Angeles, celebrating British contributions to California. This is also the week of the royal wedding, we’re living and celebrating fairy tale history of a prince and princess wedding, on the 29th of this month. Let’s have our collective intention be to tap into our fantasy...the deepest dream we have for our life, celebrate our practice and carry our heads tiara high. Be royal and elegant in our movement in and out of stillness. Use the words of these famous Brits as inspiration to keep you rooted in the present and our practice. Commit to it fully and draw upon it when you need it most.
And, I’m going to teach this class in an English accent! Or, if you are reading this blog, try on the accent for fun as you read it aloud.
