Labor Day

My mom gave birth on Labor Day. She labored hard on Labor Day. My birthday!

It's the first Monday in September and is a creation of the labor movement dedicated to the social and economic achievements of American workers. Its a yearly national tribute to all of us - in yoga!
In the spirit of prosperity and well being for ourselves, each other and our country, let's set the collective intention as we practice and go about our day to celebrate
